Start My Claim keeps evolving. This page records some of the most important steps in our journey—from the original idea to the platform people use today.

We are building practical tools that help people understand, organise and progress their own claims. As the platform develops, we will keep adding the milestones that make a meaningful difference to our users.

Start My Claim will continue to change as we improve the software, listen to users and adapt when the processes surrounding claims change.

The mission remains the same: make it easier for ordinary people to understand and manage a legal claim without losing control of their own case.
