Can bailiffs collect a small claims judgment?

Yes. A warrant of control sends enforcement agents. For £600 or more you can transfer to the High Court for High Court Enforcement Officers.

How much does it cost to enforce a judgment?

Each enforcement step has its own court fee, published by HMCTS in form EX50. The fee is added to the amount the other side owes.

How long do I have to enforce a small claims judgment?

Six years without permission, and longer with the court’s permission.
