Start My Claim is operated by Vindivo Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17149797). References to "Start My Claim", "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms refer to Vindivo Limited.

Our platform provides AI-assisted tools to help individuals understand their employment rights and prepare documents for use in employment disputes and Employment Tribunal proceedings.

By creating an account or using the Start My Claim platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after we publish updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Start My Claim provides legal information, not legal advice. This is an important distinction:

• explains the law generally — what the Employment Rights Act says, how the tribunal process works, what documents are required.
• applies the law to the specific facts of your case and tells you what you should do. Only a qualified solicitor or barrister can give legal advice.

Documents generated by Start My Claim are drafts for your review and editing. They may not be suitable for your situation without modification. You are responsible for reviewing all output and taking independent legal advice where appropriate.

Start My Claim does not guarantee any particular outcome in your employment dispute or tribunal proceedings.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others or use the platform on behalf of another person without their knowledge.

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Use the platform to generate documents for use by another person without their knowledge and consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the platform
• Use the platform in connection with any fraudulent or deceptive activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are breaching these Terms.

Certain features of Start My Claim require a one-off payment. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital content purchase within 14 days of purchase, unless you have already started using the digital content — in which case your right to cancel may be limited. To request a refund, contact us at

Free features remain free. We will not charge you for free-tier features without clear advance notice.

The Start My Claim platform, including its code, design, and content, is owned by Vindivo Limited and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

Documents and content you generate using Start My Claim using your own case information belong to you. You grant Start My Claim a limited licence to process and store that content for the purpose of providing the service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Start My Claim shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity
• The outcome of any employment dispute or tribunal proceedings
• Errors or omissions in AI-generated content
• Any reliance placed on information provided by the platform

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Start My Claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you breach these Terms, or if we discontinue the service. We will give you reasonable notice where possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
