Is this a subscription?

No. Both Small Claims plans are one-off payments. There is nothing to cancel and nothing recurring. Your case data stays with you for as long as you need it.

What happens if I lose my case?

You keep your generated documents. Losing does not itself entitle you to a refund of the software fee; see our refund policy. Court fees are separate. The court decides any costs or fees payable by either party.

Can I upgrade from Small Claims Preparation to Full Case later?

Yes. You only pay the difference (£70 top-up). Buy Small Claims Preparation now and decide closer to the hearing whether you want the AI Companion and hearing prep guide that the Full Case tier unlocks.

Do I need a separate plan for each claim?

Yes — each plan covers one case. If you have multiple disputes, you would buy a plan per claim. Most people only ever bring one.
