How this calculator works
½, 1, or 1½ weeks' pay per year of service depending on your age each year, multiplied by capped weekly pay. Statutory weekly cap is
for 2026/27 — set by SI 2026/310 (Employment Rights Increase of Limits Order). Service is capped at
years (ERA 1996 s.119).
